8h30 – 8h45: Pick-up in the Old Quarter (Transfer by Expressway). We will have 1 stop in the middle of the trip for a short break.
12h15 approx: Transfer to the cruise by speedboat
12h45 approx: Check-in on the cruise.

Booking Cruise Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the check-in date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% charge
- A full refund will be issued if there is severe weather on the departure date or if there are force majeure circumstances that result in the cancellation of our cruise by the government.

Child Policy
- Children under 4 are free of charge (only one child). Children aged from 4 to 6: 50 % charge of adult price and share room with parents
- Children aged from 7 to 11: 75% charge of adult price and share room with parents
- Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults
- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old per room. • Or maximum of 3 adults per room, an extra charge is applied as per contract including an extra bed. • Baby cot for an infant is free of charge
