Check in at Ambassador's Lounge (1
st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port,
Bai Chay Ward, Halong City).
Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Cruise and a short welcoming briefing will be
held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant, whilst you are sipping our special welcome
drink.
Savor a buffet lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of the World Natural Wonder, Halong
Bay’s limestone islets.
Your first excursion is a visit to Luon Cave – one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay
featuring the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain, where you can
experience sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or Kayaking*.
Visit Titov Island – a splendid destination encompassing a crescent moon-shaped beach,
where you can immerse yourself in the turquoise water and climb to the top of the Island
beholding the breathtaking 360o view of the bay.
For guests who are not participating in any excursions, we will serve home-made cakes at
the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at
Atelier de Beauté Spa* or immersing yourself in the outdoor Jacuzzi pool.
At sundown, Ambassador Cruise will anchor overnight.
This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the
Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions) and live music at the
Piano Lounge before dinner and guaranteed to whet the appetite.
Savor a delicious dinner with Chef’s special menu at the restaurant.

After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music from Midnight Buzz Band at the Piano
Lounge from 20:30 – 22:30 (except Tuesday), squid fishing, a spa treatment at Atelier de
Beauté Spa*, or movies at your cabin.
Day 2: SUNG SOT CAVE - HA NOI
6:30 – 7:00: Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depends on weather conditions).
7:00 – 7:30: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
7:30 – 8:20: Explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most magnificent cave in the bay featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites in a variety of unique forms.
8:30 – 9:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
9:30 – 9:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.
10:15 – 10:30: Disembark at the Halong International Cruise Port.

Booking Cruise Policy
Rates: Tour prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong, depending on the daily rate. Our prices for cruises are generally per cabin, not per person, except for promotions and day cruises.
Deposit and Cancellations: Deposit payments can be settled by bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are generally 30% total rate required at booking. For individual bookings, full payment is required at the time of the reservation.
Promotional & Package Rates All bookings with promotional & package rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our cruise will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our office or submitted online 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and 07 days prior to the departure date for FIT booking. If reservations are made less than 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and less than 07 days prior to the departure date for FIT booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Ambassador Cruises may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Except as otherwise agreed by the Merchant, the Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card. All credit card transactions proceed without bank charges.
In cases where credit facilities have not been agreed upon with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Merchant’s bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Merchant must be paid by the Client/Agent.
Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 30 days before arrival.
Refund of Unused services No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Vouchers/Confirmations Confirmations will be issued by Ambassador Cruises after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email to the passenger.
Liability and Insurance Ambassador Cruises accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or delay due to natural disasters, political actions, weather, or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide coverage against personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance before any trips.

- 7 days – 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total stay
- No show: 100% of the total rate
For group bookings (group of from 7 cabins)
- More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge
- 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
- From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of the total stay
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total stay
- No show: 100% of the total rate
